We apply a 5% discount if the overnight stay exceeds three days.
The luminous and fully furnished apartments range from 30 to 200 square meters and are available for short-term or long-term stay.
We provide hotel-like amenities such as house-keeping, bed linen change, laundry and parking inside the building € 15 per day on request.
Each apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, living and sleeping area, bathrooms with shower or whirlpool tub.
All the rooms are quiet and overlook the internal courtyard or the quiet street.
Each apartment is served by a lift.
The building’s concierge is open from 8am to 7pm.
Dogs are welcome.
